1. The facts state in this affidavit are base on my personal knowledge, an if sworn as a witness, I can testify competently to them.
2. I am an ordained Minister in the Reform Church in America. I also a Master’s level Limited Licensed Psychologist in the state of Michigan (#6301009884-with Board of sychology).
Currently, I work with Hospice of Holland as an Associate Chaplain and with Western Theological Seminary.
3. I have known Master Ung for about one year, and I deeply trust and respect him as both a teacher and a human being.
4. Also, I have enrolled my daughter, Hava, in Mr. Ung’s classes for children, and she has learn so much from him, I have observed a wonderful improvement in my daughter’s behavior and selfrespect as a benefit of Mr. Ung’s gentle, consistent and firm follow-throughout teaching.
4. I havew also observed that Mr. Ung is a wonderful and committed father to his own daughter.
5. I am honored to attest to Mr. Ung’s trustworthy, respected, and life-affirming character.
